KIDS MINISTRY
IAG kids ministry is an interactive, fun filled, scripture based experience where children have the opportunity to learn about the love of God and forming a relationship with Him. Through various songs, activities and worship we want to empower, encourage and equip them with the fundamentals of scripture and nourish the unique talents that God has given each of them to be used for the kingdom of God.
Our children ministry has several programs that allow the young ones to enjoy and learn about the kingdom of God.
Children's Church
The children come together and sing songs, dance, learn action songs, taught Bible stories, etc. They are shown practical and interactive ways to be involved in the ministry and how to grow in their relationship with God.
Timing: Sunday’s 11Am – 12PM
Christian Education
Children are taught the fundamentals of Biblical principles and how to deal with issues of everyday Christian life. Classes include from primary to college and beyond.
Timing: 9:15AM – 10:15AM
Fine Arts
The fine arts program is tailored toward encouraging children under 15 to have the opportunity to showcase their God given talents.
Timing: These meetings take place quarterly in the church usually on Fridays or Saturdays.
Junior Bible Quiz
Junior Bible Quiz is a ministry that offers our children the opportunity to learn and memorize Biblical scriptures and basic Christian doctrine in a fun and interactive way. Through a series of question and answer format, they are taught the fundamentals of the Christian faith. They also get to test their knowledge and speed in JBQ competitive events at the local, regional and national levels.
Practice Timing: Friday’s 7:30PM – 8:30PM
VBS
Every year during the summer holidays, we have a Christian themed Vacation Bible School event for the young ones that are 13 years and younger. This is a 3 day event which includes a fun filled interactive environment which includes scripture based drama, role play, class sessions, arts and crafts, sports, etc. VBS also gives children the chance to invite friends and family from near and far, meet new people, and interact with them through various activities.
